Raining Purple | Purple Ombre

My awesome partner got me a few new colours (woot early Christmas), I couldn’t resist using them, so to use two in one go, I set out to create a purple ombre.

I started out with the OPI white (Alpine Snow). This is one of the best whites that I have used. It only took two coats to get perfect coverage. This is a vast improvement on the last white I had that took four coats.

I also wanted to try out the blue so decided to attempt a blue to white Ombre, using my little sponge holder (a cut up makeup sponge works just as well).

Here is the final result:

The blue looks almost purple which I wasn’t expecting but overall I’m happy with how this turned out.
