Halloween Nail Stickers | Daiso Nail Art Review

With limited access to my nail art supplies, I headed to Daiso for some new nails stickers so that I could change things up. I found these really cool Halloween Nail stickers. So I set out to combine them to make something pretty cool!

Gothic Red

This design started with a deep red by OPI called Got the Blues for Red, which suits the shade. This deep gothic style red does seem to have a touch of blue in it, which disappears after the first coat. I’m just hoping that the nail stickers are visible against the dark red.

I applied two coats of this polish to get full opacity. If I wanted a deeper colour that would last longer I would have done a third coat. However, as I’m applying nail stickers I kept it to two coats.

While these may not be strictly Halloween they do give off that vibe and I thought it would be a bit of fun creating some Halloween nails when it’s not October!!

The stickers were really easy to get off the sheet, but not so easy that I had stickers falling off! I also loved that I was able to remove them from my nail (when they hadn’t been pushed down yet) and reposition them. They were fun to combine and I really enjoyed creating a different layout for each nail.

After completing the look I added two coats of clear topcoat to hopefully seal in the stickers. I’m a little worried about the large eyes coming off but the glue seems pretty strong.

Overall

These Halloween Nail Stickers were great fun and are of really good quality. I’m a huge fan of Daiso products and it’s been ages since I have purchased any nail art items. It’s great to see they are just as good as they have always been.

Let me know if you have used any of the polishes or nail art supplies from Daiso?
