Maniology Mystery Bundle – Unboxing and Swatch | Australia Review

Maniology Stamping Polish

My latest Maniology order has arrived!! In case you can’t tell I’m pretty excited. I’ve selected some really cool plates plus a mystery bundle. My package arrived about a week before Easter which meant that I was able to sneak in one last Easter design. Considering I ordered this about two weeks beforehand I wasn’t expecting it to arrive in time as generally shipping from the US to Australia can take a while. Let’s get into the Maniology Mystery Bundle Unboxing and Swatch!!

Maniology Mystery Bundle Unboxing

Every so often Maniology releases a Mystery bundle at a discount. It can be a great way of getting stamping plates that you wouldn’t normally purchase. Which I find is a great way to get a little more creative. The packs generally include some polish and a few smaller items. It really feels like Christmas purchasing one of these packs as you have no idea what you are getting.

The bundles change each time, so I recommend reading the description. For the pack I ordered, it came with 3 polishes, 3 plates, 2 stickers, 1 power and two brushes/dotting tools.

The plates I received included:

  • M085 – A plate filled with different patterns. I love these types of plates as you can get quite creative with the designs.
  • M046 – This is a flower/spring design with some self-empowering messages
  • M095 – A fun summer, tropical design plate

The two stickers I received are decals for French manicures. Both are so pretty and I can’t wait to try them out! I also reviewed a metallic power. I’m not quite sure how to use this one yet, so I will need to do some research.

Last but not least are the two brushes. One end of the brush features a dotting tool which is really cool as they included two sizes that I didn’t have. The dotting tool side worked really well. I’m yet to try the brush.

Maniology Polish Swatch

The polishes I received in the bundle are really cool. They are so pretty and you will see them featured in my next design. The polishes came with swatch stickers which I absolutely love! One thing that can be a struggle is determining if a polish will work over a dark or light colour. So these stickers are fantastic. The shades I received are:

  • Phantom – A purple metallic stamping polish which in the bottle looks more of a silver polish with a hint of purple. For this one, I was very glad for the swatch sticker. This polish will work on both dark and light shades.
  • Celestial – A blue polish filled with holo glitter. This polish looks amazing and works really well with light colours. I painted this shade on one of my nails and it was opaque in 1 coat which is exactly what you want for a stamping polish.
  • Latte – just as the name suggests it’s a light coffee coloured nude polish that will work over both light and dark shades.

Other Items that I ordered

I thought you may be wondering what other items I ordered, so here is the list of everything else:

  • M050 – Game Over: Insert Coin – Stamping Plate
  • M189 – Spring Occasions: What’s Cracking Easter – Stamping Plate
  • 1 Smudge Free top coat – this was just to restock
  • Monocle Stamper replacement head large – again this was just a restock as I’ve slightly damaged my current one. It’s usable but I’d like to have a spare.

Overall

This Maniology Mystery Bundle Unboxing and Swatch felt just like being a kid at Christmas. The bundle is great and excellent value for money. All the items are high-quality which is expected for anything Maniology. If you see a mystery bundle pop up I highly recommend grabbing one quickly as they do sell out.
